Returning Your Purchase
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to return items. We ask that products be unused, in like-new condition, and packaged with all original materials and components included.

Shipping Your Return
Return shipping is completely free. Simply reach out to us via email at contact@kesvara.com, and we'll send you a prepaid label along with detailed return instructions.

Items We Cannot Accept Back
• Software, e-books, and other downloadable content
• Prepaid cards and gift certificates
• Personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke products

When You'll Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will go back to whichever payment method you originally used.

Tracking Down a Missing Refund
Haven't seen your refund yet? Here's what to do:
