How We Process Your Order
We handle order processing within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right when you place your order.
Delivery Timeframes
After your package leaves our warehouse, expect delivery within 4–14 business days, which varies based on your location. We provide estimated delivery windows at the time of checkout; please note these are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
Your Tracking Details
Once we ship your order, we'll send you tracking information via email. Keep in mind that tracking systems typically display their first update 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Need to Update Your Order or Address?
Should you wish to modify your delivery address or cancel your order, please reach out to us at contact@kesvara.com right away. Most adjustments can be made before dispatch, but unfortunately we cannot make changes once an order is already in transit.
When an Address Doesn't Match
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or packages that go missing due to inaccurate or incomplete address details you've provided. In the event a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.
What to Do If Your Package Is Delayed
Should your tracking information remain unchanged for 7 business days or longer, get in touch with our team and we'll file a carrier inquiry to locate your package.
Receiving a Damaged or Missing Package
If your order arrives in damaged condition or goes missing during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@kesvara.com with your order details (and damage photos if applicable). We'll promptly send a replacement or process a full refund for you.
